• Hello,

    The plugin was working perfectly on my localhost. Now, in production environment does not sync courses, only courses categories.

    When start synchronization its show the message “Courses synchronized successfully”, but when accessing Edwiser Bridge > Courses, it’s empty. The same problem happens with WooCommerce Integration (WisdmLabs) plugin.

    Can anyone help me?

  • I am having the exact same issue. I have confirmed that I have set up everything correctly in the set up process. The test connection works and I get the success message when synchronizing courses but no categories or courses are showing up in EB > Courses.

    Running Moodle 3.4 and Up to date WP

    The issue was due to course data being deleted from the database while you were trying to export the database. However, the course metadata wasn’t deleted which was causing the issue while synchronization @kezily

    Let us know if you face any issue in future.
