Does not uninstall cleanly

    I uninstalled Events List.
    Expect: All traces to be removed
    Got: A page and a toplevel menu remain

    I need to list weekly as well as one-time events, so I uninstalled this plugin. However, the “Events” toplevel-menu link and the Events page created by the plugin remain. When the page is moved to the Trash, the “Events” link is broken and raises a 404 when clicked.

    How can I remove the “Events” toplevel menu?

    An uninstall function isn’t included yet.
    If you want to remove the plugin including all events and settings you have to do it manually:

    • remove the plugin
    • remove the database table wp_event_list
    • remove all options starting with el_ in db table wp_options
