Does not update feed

So I got this plugin and was so happy with it thinking it works great. I had just started a forum for my website and was using this to show the most recent posts from the forum on my website. I had 2 posts and it was working fine. When a new post was added it resfuses to show it on the website. VERY FRUSTRATING! I tried everything from adjusting settings on the Phpbb settings to a\messing with the plugin shortcode, cleared cache on WP, deacativated plugin and reactivated and still NONE of these work ??
