Does not update shipping method

    Hi,
    My scenario is, I have a couple of shipping methods. I provide free delivery if the cart total is above $40. If my cart total is above $40, the shipping method is showing as expected; however, if my cart total is let’s say $30 and I add $20 tip to make the total $50 which is above $40, free delivery is not showing.

    I am a developer, so if you give me a hint of what and where to update, I can do it.

    Hi there @jahur,

    Thank you for your reaching out. I will take a look at this issue, however, to me it looks like it’s more a problem with how the shipping is configured on your website.

    The fee (tip) is not considered a product and therefore it’s probably not taken in consideration when the total is calculated.

    In your scenario, $30 is the cart value, and $50 is the cart total (including the $20 tip) so the shipping acts accordingly.

    Perhaps you can check the shipping configuration on your side and make sure that free delivery is actually triggered when the cart total (as opposed to cart value) is met?
