does not work

  • Used to work, but now, July 2021, it does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled but keep getting an error message when trying to connect my IG account. Doesn’t even have a place to put in username/account – just goes directly to error message which reads:

    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Your facebook account’s off-Facebook activty in turned off.”}

    My FB and IG are connected – the problem is WP/Lyra themes won’t even let me input my username/account info.

    Very frustrating!

    @sandyswanson We just resolved the issue. There were some issues with the plugin’s access to the Facebook / Instagram API which have just been resolved. I have verified this on our demo website. Please reconnect your Instagram account and this should now be working as expected. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
