Hi @juanplima
Sorry to hear that!
Have you tried to contact our support already?
The download of the file depends on server security as well.
That means, if you use any kind of firewall, or security plugins (or your hosting do), it may be impossible to download the file. It would be great to see your restore logs, so I could tell exactly what failed.
It may be also caused by memory/execution time limited PHP.
For such cases, we’ve prepared alternate download method, to enable it:
0. Open website where you have made the backup
1. Go to “Other options” section of our plugin
2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
3. Save this section
4. Check if you can download the file in incognito mode of your browser
If you can download the file, you can try to run the restoration once again.
Before you do that, please force restore process to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
In any case, if that won’t work neither you can still upload the file manually.
To do that, you can use FTP or our File Upload area below backup list.
Also, make sure that your side does not use any password-protection.
Looking forward to your reply ??
Thank you!
