1. What issues have you encountered with the Porto theme and auction plugin? is there any design layout issue or any auction plugin features are not working? Please explain your query in detail with a screenshot or video. So, we will get a clear idea about it.
2. Could you please share the Woocommerce System Report? It can be found – at WP Admin > Woocommerce > Status > Get System Report.
This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea if WP and related software used are using the latest version or not.
3. You are using the Porto theme on your site. It is a paid theme. So, we are not able to test it with the auction plugin. Could you please share the theme zip? So, we can install and test it on our server.
