Even after disabling every other plugin, MetaSlider does not work.

Updated server, updated php, updated mysql, updated wordpress.

Tried everything including rollingback metaslider. it just does not work.

No matter what I tried, it failed to create any sliders

Steve, I admit I did not go to your forums to ask for support.

But what I described above is exactly how I wasted about an hour trying every single one of your recommendations (ttps://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/) to get MetaSlider to work. It just did not, as described above.

    Thanks @marc73

Do you have any kind of error report or message so we can help you? Can you share any specifics at all about what wasn’t working?

You mention that you followed our troubleshooting guide: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/. Step 10 of that guide says this:

If something isn’t working, please do not post on social media or write a bad review. Our team is always here to help. If you’re using the Free version of MetaSlider, visit our www.ads-software.com support forums. You can see that every question gets answered quickly and with care.

Sorry, but a review like this simply saying “does not work” is not helpful to anyone:

    • It’s not helpful to you, because there’s no solution.
    • It’s not helpful to us as developers, because there’s no specific details to fix any issue.
    • It’s not helpful to other users who see this review because again there are no details. The plugin works on 600,000 sites but apparently there was an isolated and unexplained issue for just one site.

Hi @marc73. I’m following up on this quickly, three days later.

Is there anything at all you can share with us about this issue? Any specific details would help us or anyone else reading this post.
