Does not work

  • this plug-in does not function properly. It does not add the tip to the total and it creates fatal errors. This is not a technical support review. It is true assertion as to how this plug-in performs not well at all.

    I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with our plugin. Based on the fact that we are always making sure our plugin is not throwing any errors before releasing it to the public, as well as the review you posted on a different similar plugin here in the repository, I believe that the errors that you see on your website have nothing to do with our plugin, but, perhaps they are triggered by the usage of our plugin and other plugins or your site’s theme that target the same functionality: WooCommerce fees.

    If our plugin is not working on your site, it does not mean that there’s a problem with it. It just means that you are dealing with a rare occurrence based on other WordPress extensions you are using on your website. It would be great if we had the chance to see what our plugin gets into conflict with so that we can apply a patch.

    We ran a test with the theme you are using on your website, Citrus FSE, and we found no issues with our plugin. In this case, there must be a conflict with other plugins that you are using.
