try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin, in order to reset the cron job.

In the meantime:
After a week and a half 1 customer received a ‘review’ mail. None of the other customers did as far as I could check (including myself, testing things).
The one who received a review mail, could not see the links on the order list in the mail: the links were there but could not be seen (white on white).
Any clue how to solve this?

Checked them. Colors are standard woocommerce mail template. All other woocommerce mail templates are ok and can be red. No settings for color of ‘links’: there is where the problem is: links do work but are not visble.

links take the color from the “Base Colour”. Try changing it to a darker color.

prob. stupid question but how can I test it?

Unfortunately, the free version of the plugin does not have the ability to send the test email. But you can try to create a “fake” order with your email and check the color of the elements in the email that will reach you. Review Reminder emails use the same styles and colors.

Well that is funny,
The reason for starting this topic was because some clients did not receive a mail…
and I have to wait at least a week to see if I will get a mail, and if I get one, to see if the color change has helped.

A pitty the free version has these severe limitations.

To check the colors of the email, you do not have to wait a week because you can see the colors from the email that comes immediately when you place an order. Because, as mentioned before, the Review Reminder email uses the same styles of email WooCommerce.
