    Hi There,

    We’re sorry that the installation did not work “out of the box” for you.

    Could you clarify on what isn’t working? Perhaps there is a simple explanation for why it did not work.

    Works 100% now – thanks to LiteSpeed support. Important message – It is a common security practise to move the wp-config.php file up on level on the server so it does not reside in the public_html folder . That was our problem. For the Cache to work and install, make sure the wp-config.php reside in the original place.
