Works As it Should

  • Alright. I was an idiot reading through the instructions over and over again except I wasn’t actually “reading” and comprehending what it asked. I didn’t comprehend that putting in a random video url from my channel would bring up my whole channel. I just didn’t understand how that could work. In my frustration, I did a terrible thing and gave a bad review. Your plug-in works just like I had hoped it would. I am sorry for my first post.

    We advise you to read the instructions for embedding the gallery. You claim that there are no instructions, yet they are on the very wizard screen in which you pasted your channel URL. You’ll see that it doesn’t ask you to paste a channel URL. It clearly states to simply paste a video from your channel and the plugin figures it out. The reason why is that channel URLs do not consistently work as YouTube API input. Unfortunately you made this rude and undeserved rating rather than seeking help.

    I apologize for my rude comments. I’ve had lots of frustrating website issues today, and not figuring it out over the hours I poured into trying to find one that would work and it was my error all along. I took it out on writing a poor review because many times developers can’t be reached and their “support” goes to a FAQ page and doesn’t answer your questions, so the only way to reach the developer is to write a poor review. Clearly, You are responsive and didn’t deserve my frustrations. I apologize and I’m saddened about my behavior.
