Does not work and support does not answer any emails

When trying to active we have the below error message
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /var/www/webroot/demo/wp-content/plugins/zoho-mail/zohoMail.php on line 93
Despite sending many support messages Zoho have not responded.
Terrible customer service for a PAYING customer.

In regards to the error message:- We had identified the issue and addressed it at a very high priority. Also, we’ve released an updated version 3 days earlier. You can try downloading the same and check if that helps.
Normally, we will get back to all the queries from users within maximum of 24 hrs. We are very sorry for the trouble you faced in receiving response from our end. We will ensure that this doesn’t happen in future.
It would be much appreciated, if you could share us your Email Address from which you’ve sent us those requests, so that we could track it and list the same in our priority list.
