Does not work at all & Zero support

I first thought it is an awesome editor… But is lasted only for a few hours. Does not work at all, no one helps (tried the wp business support, wp.org forum, contact form on KC website, Facebook group for KC users). I found several users describing the same issue, but the solution was never stated.
