• Do not use. Refuse to refund for software that literally doesn’t work. They acknowledge an ongoing issue with their software, but refuse to fully refund.

    response from their support after asking for a refund for an issue that makes the entire plugin unusable.

    “Yes, currently there’s a known issue related to the max_execution_time setting in PHP, but we plan to fix it next week, it’s already in progress. We can offer this fix within 14 days or less according to our refund policy [link removed] or if it’s urgent, I can make a partial refund of the Import extension in the bundle.”

    (I requested refund next day after not even being able to use it. They declined and stated they can only do a partial even after admitting their software didn’t work for what I need because of an issue on their end)

    That would be fine, except this has been an ongoing issue for months apparently. Look up hivepress 14000 imports on Google. Their software can’t handle large PHP requests. One post made over 5months ago and the issue is still not fixed.

    They keep advising they’re going to fix it to their customers but it doesn’t appear like they can, or they are and they refuse refund.
