There doesn’t seem to be an option to set a .net domain.
Just .com, .eu .in .com.cn and .com.au
How can we send from a .net domain?
    Thank you

The top level domains given on the configuration page (.com, .eu, .in.,) indicates the service location from where you have signed up for our service. In case, if you use mail.zoho.com to access your Zoho Mail account, then please choose ‘.com’ and proceed with the configuration.

    Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply. I live in the EU but I have clients outside the EU. Also, some accounts in the EU may have been set up in com. Where can I see where my clients’ Zoho account is from?
    Thank you

PS: I think it would be a good idea to say something clearer than “The name of the region the account is configured” in the top-level domain the dropdown. You could say what you said to me: “The top-level domains given on the configuration page (.com, .eu, .in.,) indicates the service location from where you have signed up for our service. In case, if you use mail.zoho.com to access your Zoho Mail account, then please choose ‘.com’.”

Please check the URL using which the user accesses Zoho Mail. If its mail.zoho.com then the “.com” domain should be chosen, whereas if the login URL is mail.zoho.eu then “.eu” service location has to be selected.

Similarly, the service location has to be chosen for respective datacenters.

Further, I have forwarded your feedback to our engineering team to check and make necessary amends for more clarity on the domains field.
