Does not work if post is marked private

First of all, thank you for this much-needed plugin. It does the job.

It appears that if the post is marked as private, then it will prevent the sticky feature. I tested two different approaches.

Approach 1

• Check the box to make the post private & update
• Check the box to make the post sticky & update (unable to select)

Approach 2

• Check the box to make the post sticky & update (works)
• Check the box to make the sticky post private & update (de-select the sticky checkbox)

Please advise.
