Does not work in conjunction with “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder”

When both are active, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WPBakeryShortCode_info_circle in /home/sitename/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mega-addons-for-visual-composer/render/info_circle.php on line 257
If I de-activate “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder”, it works, or if I de-activate this plugin it works.. but if both are in simultaneously, I get the above error.
