Does not work in IE and Edge browser

    Hello,

    I installed Popup maker and it works like a charm on Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera browsers. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work on Edge and IE browsers. Who has the same experience and who a solution for this issue? Please advices.

    Hi @timoelshof, apologies for the delayed response and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    Please be advised that Popup Maker works with the most recent versions of all major desktop and mobile browsers. Visitors using older versions of Internet Explorer ( less than IE 10) may not be able to access all of the plugin’s features.

    Could you please try to update your browsers to its latest version to see if that fixes your issue?
