Does Not Work in Mobile – Using ShortCode

    Greetings,

    We’re using your plugin at the bottom of our site (right above the footer).

    I’m seeing it in Chrome, but in Android Chrome (and other browsers) the plugin doesn’t load. We’ve also tested it on IOS Safari and that doesn’t load either.

    I like the plugin, just not sure how to make it work or if Premium works if that’s the only way.

    I should also note, I’m using the latest version of WP/plugin, and using the DIVI theme.

    Please excuse my tardy reply!

    Firstly, please add a test widget in the footer area. You can use any default widget from WordPress for testing. Add the test widget to the same place where you have added the Instagram Feed widget and check whether it is displayed or not.
