If I change the “To-Do” settings to “Задачи” (To-Do in Russian), the plug-in stops working.

Also, the task export file contains unreadable characters (for example: %u041E%u043F%u0438%u0441%u0430%u043D%u0438%u0435), although the encoding of the server and the UTF-8 database.

Can I make it so that the link to the functional in the profile does not depend on this setting?
