Does not work in Safari or Firefox browsers

Installed the plug-in, loved the layout and ease of use. But found out it doesn’t work in Safari or Firefox browsers. I tried to troubleshoot the issue, turned off all other plugins, and contacted my theme developer. No resolution. I posted on the WordPress forum Specifically for Carousel Slider and never received a response. MANY other issues are also posted in the support forum without communication from the developer or any resolutions.

I normally don’t post negative reviews. But this has been frustrating, especially when it doesn’t work the way it says it should!
