Does not work on a page

Plugin ignores one particular page, nothing is minimized/deferred on that page. No errors in logs either. Other pages work fine. The only difference I could think of – that one page uses appointments+ plugin form (https://github.com/wpmudev/appointments) but problem persists even if I remove that form.
