Does not work on Home screen or shop page – Woocommerce

    Hello,

    I have a problem with Mail Poet plugin. It does not work on Home Screen and Shop page.
    It does work on any product/blog page.

    I tested disabling all the plugins (I don’t have many, 5), and removing my CSS (did not help).
    Tested also in different position (footer, header, …), still, no success.

    Weird is that, on the products page it does work.

    *Did not tested disabling woocomerce plugin, and will not test it.
    ** Of course i did clear cache, hard reload and all alternatives (incognito, another browser, … )

    Latest Version on all plugins:
    3.65.1 – Mail Poet,
    5.8 – WordPress

    I have also tried on more templates, neither worked.

    What should I test next?

    Hi @radulepy .

    We’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot this. To make sure I understand the issue you are experiencing, do you mean that you are trying to add a subscription form to your homepage and shop page and it’s not working?

    If so, how are you adding the form to those pages? Are you using a shortcode, a widget? If you could send us screenshots would be great.

    Hi @guicmazeredo,

    Yes. I have added 2 forms. Both with pop-up. I have activated on all pages, and activated the pop-up forms. Neither of the pop-up works on the Home page and shop page. What screenshot should I add? The setup? The setup si default, but with all the buttons activated.

    Would like to underline that the pop-ups work on product page and blog post. They do not work on home page and shop page.

    Hi @radulepy,

    Thanks for sending the screenshots. Your settings look good. Is your homepage a list/archive page? If so it’s expected that the pop-up form won’t show.

    The Shop page is also a listing page so it won’t show either.

    Please check this page for more details.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately it has not been solved. @guicmazeredo the link you have pasted is a tutorial one, not related to the problem occurred. The shop-page is a page not a post/list/archived page. Is a normal page (as expected)

    Probably the plugin calls interfere with the theme?

    @danielinhou also updating the plugin did not solved any problem. Sorry for my delay.
