Does not work on multisite

our demo is a multisite and it works correctly

Sorry Asif, when I submit an entry it does not show in wp admin entry plugin… The frontend works fine and without any errors.. I get notification email about the submission but then in entries html table it says no records found

Did you test our multisite demo ?
