Does not work on safari or mobile

  • I have the shipping zone by drawing plugin installed and it works perfectly but when I am going to use it from my cell phone no delivery method appears, could you help me? or tell me if I should buy the premium version or what, thank you very much

    Hello, we have had no problems on mobile and it should work without premium. I cant reach shop on your site to test.

    “no problem on mobile” other than my site where all addresses work from a pc and only some work from a mobile.

    @vincewak & @jairorojas, I am not saying you are wrong :), just that we haven’t experienced any difficulties with this before.
    Can you please provide an example address that behave as you describe?
