    If the vendor has selected the display of the chat widget in the tab about the seller, then the widget appears. But if not, then the widget is not displayed on the page at all.

    At the same time, if the site administrator has installed his own widget, then it appears everywhere, even if the exclusion settings are set.

    We apologize for what you experience.

    At the moment the chat widgets are shown in the description on the single page, but of course we will comes up with the feature so that if its turned off, widgets will appear as floating on the single page.

    Exclude feature, currently working on every page but not on shop and product single view page.
    But we will add those support as well.

    Soon we will release an update with this feature.
