Does not work when password protected

    Hi there,

    I was pulling out my hair trying to figure out why I couldn’t get this lightbox to work. Turning off plugins, swapping themes, the usual. Finally came to this support forum to see if anyone had any ideas. Went to post and realized I should probably turn off the password protection on the site to get help (it’s protected via htaccess, just AuthType Basic) and wouldn’t you know, it worked after removing the password protection requirement.

    Any idea why this might be and how I can bypass it?

    Hi, HTTP authentication blocks WordPress from loading some of SLB’s files. See SLB’s Requirements page for more details on this and other requirements.

    Also, for future reference, clicking on the “Get Support & Provide Feedback” button on SLB’s admin settings page (in the Feedback & Support sidebar) is a good place to start if something is not working as expected. It includes a checklist of things to look for to quickly identify the root of your issue (including SLB’s requirements).
