Bought this plugin to do imports for one project. It did not work as expected (fields present in the csv either did not make it into the site or were corrupted).

So far they are unwilling to refund the purchase price.

    Be wary.

    Hi,

The following are the reasons why we refused to give the refund for your dispute.

    1. We have requested the CSV file and ACF custom fields of your instance in the JSON format to replicate the same problem in our instance. Accepting our request, you have shared both. After testing in our development server, we noticed the field import is working fine for all the 5 ACF custom fields. I have also shared the video for you in your support ticket. Here I am once again attaching it in the dropbox link

    2. Also, we have requested the test wordpress instance to check the problem, but you haven’t shared it to confirm the problem. As we have no conclusive evidence from our end to confirm that our plugin is not working in your instance, finally we refused to give a refund for your dispute.

    Thanks.

Showing me that your plugin worked when you tested it is fine, but the fact remains that it did not work for me, as I documented to you with screen shots of the results after using your product to do the import.

Given that my project was time sensitive and I had already found another alternative to import the data, I was not inclined to spend more time having you troubleshoot your product on my development server. If I gave you access and you then found a way to get your product to work in my environment, that would also had been fine, but I no longer needed it, and was not inclined to trust your product for future projects after it did not work for me with a simple import.

Bottom line, the fact that you do not offer a refund after a trial period and insist on holding people to their purchase after your product does not work should be a warning to others. I will pursue a charge back with PayPal which will hopefully get my money back, but in the future I will never buy a product like yours without a reasonable refund policy, and will also take more time to read user reviews, where I can see dozens of other people on this forum giving low reviews, and several of those complaining about having bought your product only to find that it does not work as advertised and that you would not give them a refund.
