Does Not Work with Bookable Products

  • If we are using Bookable Products the tab on the product page is hidden. I can force the tab to show, but autocomplete is turned off on the search bar to find the custom message. And I think there may be some other conflicts since clicking “Assigned Messages” in the admin sidebar causes the admin-ajax to never stop running, forcing us to restart the apache and sql server.

    Currently just experimenting with this locally, but if it would work with bookable products it would be great.

    Hi @alexmustin and sorry for jumping into your chat, but I think you may help me.

    I am selling virtual products (online tours). I want to send an automatic email with a connection link for accessing to the session as soon as a client has booked a product. I am using Woocommerce booking. I set up products, with different dates for different sessions of the same product. If a client is booking one specific date, I want him to receive a specific email, giving him the dedicated connection link. Is it possible with your plugin? I dont want to send an email per product but moreover, per date booked.

    @doespirito the short answer is no, the plugin is not capable of that.

    As noted in the plugin’s FAQs section, at this time the plugin is developed to only work with default WooCommerce products.

    I would like to get the plugin to work with the Bookings add-on but I have not had any experience working with that add-on before.

    EDIT: It looks like @guyhaines has contacted me so I will be in contact with them about this issue.
