• This does not work with the Woocommerce EU VAT Compliance Plugin, It will not remove the VAT, that in itself would not have dropped the rating from 5 to 2 stars, what reduced the rating was the attitude from the support team, “I’m afraid we only have integration with WooCommerce EU Vat Number plugin now. Unfortunately, we don’t have reports about the compatibility with the WooCommerce EU VAT Compliance plugin yet, so I’m not sure if they will be compatible with our WooCommerce Wholesale Suite plugin.” Every other Plugin developer that i have found issues with or whom I’ve asked for help with has gone out of their way to help, one even writing custom code for their free plugin, these guys don’t seem to care about their customers, if their attitude had been more helpful even with the compatability issues I would have rated this as 4-5 stars.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave a rating, even though it wasn’t a good one.

    Just to be clear.. you missed pasting the second half of Harry’s reply:

    “What I can do is put in a feature request asking the development team to explore the possibility of making this plugin compatible with our plugin. You may also contact that plugin support regarding this matter.”

    This means we will be investigating an integration with this plugin in the future now that you have requested it. You are the first one to request an integration with this plugin.

    The other option is to ask the other plugin owner to investigate the issue as well this means you’ll have two teams working on it to get to a solution quicker.

    Unfortunately when it comes to integrations these can sometimes be more complex than just writing a snippet of code. Especially with larger plugins like the EU VAT Compliance plugin and ours working together, as they both affect parts of the checkout process. It can take a while to get everything tests and ironed out.

    We will be contacting the other plugin maker and see what we can do about improving the compatibility between our plugins.

    Back to your support request though, if you can please provide our support team with a sample of the errors you are facing (as we requested previously) we can see what we can do about some custom code to get you through the immediate issues.

    Would be great if you can get back in touch on your ticket so we can try to solve the problem for you.

    If we do, I’d love it if you’d consider bumping up your rating. A 2-star is pretty harsh for not having a plugin compatibility (there’s literally thousands of plugins out there!) and we’re definitely willing to do our best to get it working for you. We just need more information.
