    Thank you for opening a support topic. Can you point me to url on which the lightbox should appear?

    Most issues with the lightbox loading on the bottom of the page are due to an invalid doctype. Make sure that the header.php of your theme file starts with an html5 doctype, that is:

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    I activated the plugin again so that you could check the problem…. but it works again ??
