Does not work with WP Super Cache

    This is a real problem and is having some pretty profound impact on ad revenue. Are you guys getting any other reports of this issue?

    Adsense fetches the ad code dynamically using javascript, so that will continue working despite WP Super cache. If you have cleared the whole cache after setting up the plugin caching should not impact ad delivery via the plugin
