Does OSticket have to be on the same server as WP?

    Well pretty much as the subject header says: “Does OSticket have to be on the same server as WP?”

    We have WP on one server and the helpdesk on another server /domainname.

    Will this work?

    Also you mention pro version – is there a page where one can view if and all the features?
