    Hi Koko Team,

    Hope you are doing well;

We are asking if we buy the paid version will we be able to get daily emails in regards to the stats for that day? Basically a report type which we can get daily and it shows the stats.

Is there anyway we can what the reports would look like?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello @gregthegreg5,

Yes! We just released a first working version of this a couple of days ago. You can view an example of what that looks like and how to configure it here: Setting up email reports with Koko Analytics Pro.

Let me know if that’s what you were looking for and whether you have any special features that you need related to this please.

    Hello Danny,

Thanks for your email. Oh that is great, exactly what we are looking for aha.

So it would show the full details no matter how big the website is?

Example, we have 10,000 pages – the report would show the full report and all the pages which showed even the website had that many pages?

    Appreciate your help!

    Hi @gregthegreg5,

Currently the email is only showing the top most viewed 10 posts/pages and referrers, but we can easily make that number modifiable so that it shows more.

In a future version we plan to make the entire email content customizable, so that you can write out the report yourself and use shortcodes to include certain statistics, but that’s certainly a few months out so not super relevant for now.

    Best,
    Danny

    Hi @dvankooten

Oh okay understood. Yes, that would be very great if possible since we have lots of pages.

Also, is there a way to see the stats in the dashboard?

Like can we view past days of the stats? And how long is this information stored?

For example, we download the plugin on Jan 1 2024, and in 2028 we want to see the stats from back then, is it possible?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello @gregthegreg5,

Yes, you can view statistics for any date in the past (provided the plugin was installed and activate at that point). By default, statistics are stored for 60 months (5 years) but you can configure this number on the Koko Analytics settings page.

    Hello @dvankooten

Thanks for your reply. Oh okay, that’s great!

And does this section show unlimited amount of pages? Like if the website is 5,000 pages, will it show every detail or only the top “10” pages as you mentioned above?

And can we extend the time limit for storage past 5 years? Like to store the details “forever”?

    Thanks for your help ??

Koko Analytics Pro now includes a “Download to CSV” button that will download ALL of the data for the current date range to a set of CSV files. This can help if you want to perform some advanced analysis, e.g. in Excel or something like pandas.

And can we extend the time limit for storage past 5 years? Like to store the details “forever”?

Yes! The default is 5 year, but you can set this to 0 to store data forever. Or choose a very high number of months, like 1000.

    Best,
    Danny
