    If the back order option is enabled, then the out of stock form won’t be there, as the customer can still place an order.

    Yes, he can place an order, but product is actually out of stock. Somebody does not want to pay in advance, somebody is ok about it. So it would be great to be flexible for both kinds.

    @sammarkis, I have forwarded this request to our dev team.

    They will take further decisions on this.
