Does PMPro have function to approve new members manually?

Hi everyone,
I am very new to PMPro, i am wondering if I can manually approve new user sign ups? At the moment, user gets logged in as soon as they sign-up. Well, I do not want to allow that since I feel most people are not serious.. Is that possible to do it? Thanks in advance!!
