Let’s verify you are running the latest versions of the plugins:
WooCommerce 4.4.1
Point of Sale 2.2.1
Product Add-ons 2.0.8
If yes, we’d recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
– For Product Variables with Variations, each variation needs to be selected in Product Add-ons to display in the POS, as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/fGzwhkj
– If Product Add-ons are still not showing in the POS, perform a Clear Data and Force Sync. The POS uses browser storage to run fast and smooth, clearing the storage will provide a refresh of the latest settings and product data, as shown here: https://www.loom.com/share/053db9d1d2e4428d8995d438cf3dd81d
