    Relevanssi is indexing the attribute, as you can see from the debugging data: “dark” and “sky” are both listed there. This is not an indexing problem.

    Sounds like this might be a throttling issue. Looks like “dark sky” is a fairly common search term on your site, so if the throttle is enabled, this particular post may not make it to the top 500 results for one of the words.

    If you disable the throttle, does the post then come up?

    Disable Settings > Relevanssi > Searching > Throttle searches.

    that seemed to work. does relevanssi cut off the number of results displayed?

    Yes and no. The default throttle setting is 500 results per search term, so that’s the upper limit of search results found; your theme then controls how many are displayed on one page.
