    Hi,

I disabled auto ads (I think… I set them to off for each of my sites) And, I began using WPQuads. Strangely, there are Adsense ads showing in locations I didn’t designate. So is Site Kit placing them?

If so, do I have any control? Some of the additional ads are a bit too close to my other ads to be “ideal”….

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I’ve checked your site and it looks like you do have AdSense code placed via Site Kit. With this configuration option enabled at Site Kit level Auto ads will be placed on your site.

There are options to remove ads from various positions on your site if you don’t like the placement, although these need to be configurated at AdSense level.

Hopefully the above helps. If you’re looking to disable Auto Ads in full because you prefer manual ad placements you can continue to use your WP Quads plugin along with toggling off the ad placement option within Site Kit. You’ll find the settings under “Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services > AdSense > Edit”, all from within your WordPress dashboard.

    Thanks.

That’s interesting in that I switched Auto Ads off at Adsense … It would be really nice if the Google things worked the way they imply that they work…

I’ll go see if I can follow your instructions to remove the superfluity of ads…

    Thanks, again.
