Does smush compress custom image sizes?

Yes, by default the Smush will process all thumbnails for your website:

The Pro version includes the full-size option too.

Hello thanks for the response, but I asked for custom images sizes set with add_image_size hook, not the default ones appeared on smush plugin

The Smush list the sizes added using the add_image_size including custom theme or plugin sizes
