Does someone now about register_post_status ?

Hi guys,

I am creating a theme and I would like to create new post status to build a kind of workflow. There is a plugin (Edit Flow) doing that really well, but I really like to include it inside my theme.

Does anyone know how to use the function register_post_status ??

The doc won’t help and i found some little informations here and here
