• Hi,
I was looking for a sport theme for wordpress and I found sportpress (free version).
Before buying the pro version, I’m trying to understand how it works. I have a question: is it working for mobile devices? Does only pro version work for mobile devices?
My dummy website with sportpress works well only for PC browser.

    Thank you

    Hi,
ok this is strange. I have WP 4.7.5 with the following plugins installed and active (all at latest version):
    Child Theme Configurator
    Polylang
    SportsPress
    SportsPress for Football (Soccer)
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
I have also other plugins that are disabled. I tried also with only the two sportpress plugins without success.
    Any suggestion?
    Thank you

Now the emulator confirms that mobile devices do not work.

    Hi @erotavlas!

As @presio pointed out the theme itself works fine for other users so this is certainly something in your setup.

I recommend you installing WP at localhost so you can se how the rookie theme works out of the box with no content and no plugins. Then install only sportspress and the demo content.

After that you can install your custom plugins one at a time until you find the one that is breaking your site. If none is breaking it, it could be your content itself, in that case you’ll need to create a mirror of your site (using a plugin like this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ )

If even after that your local install is fine then your hosting is the problem. I recommend you contacting them if that’s the case.

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards,
    -Roch
