    Hello,

this question is just for clarification:

This release of TablePress is supported by WP Activity Log, the most comprehensive WordPress activity logs plugin.

Does the TablePress plug-in contain code that logs any activities of my users and sends them to the people at WP Activity Log (for whatever reason)? Or does this simply mean that TablePress is “Activity Log-ready” and is supported by that plug-in, in case I install and use it?

I’m concerned about paying for your plug-in with my user’s data.

    Kind regards,
    Bernd

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

No worries, TablePress does of course not “spy” on your users or log any data! It does not contain any code from other plugins!

This message simply means that I have a partnership with the developer of the WP Activity Log plugin. We are basically promoting each others plugins, to help users learn about the other plugin.

    Regards,
    Tobias

All right, thank’s for your reply. Glad to hear that you are not logging any data to share for commercial purposes. Just wasn’t sure what “is supported by” was supposed to mean in this context.

    Hi,

yeah, I totally understand. That wording is maybe a bit ambiguous.
I’ll try to find a better phrase ??

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
