    I don’t use the discount feature from WooCommerce on my website. Will the discount link from the email still work? If not, what can be done to activate it just temporarily for one session?

    Hello @herold,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The coupon code from the recovery link will not work if the coupon option is disabled from the Woocommmerce.

    The plugin uses the default Woocommerce functionality to create the coupon and apply the coupon. Hence coupon will not work if coupon functionality is disabled from Woocommerce.

    Thank you for your prompt answer. Would it be possible to turn on the discount feature with the link just for this particular season? If you have a discount option on the shopping cart or checkout people stop purchasing right there and looking for ways to find a discount code, if they don’t have one. In my opinion, a permanent discount code works only if the customer immediately gets one as part of an offer. Do you have any tests made on this?

    Right now, it is not possible to enable the coupon option from recovery link.

    Also, we haven’t tested what you are looking for.

    But we will look into it.
