  • Yes, the WooCommerce product FAQs are in the free version.

    You can enable the WooCommerce FAQ section by going to Helpie FAQ → Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce → enable ‘Show FAQ in WooCommerce‘.

    WooCommerce Q&A is in the Pro version.

    I did not find a way to assign FAQ and schema on products, is there an tutorial?

    by the way, does it support assign FAQs and Schema on products by Categorically?

    We don’t have a video tutorial with latest update, but you can see an older video tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqTDDdwiSJc

    This video shows how to link single FAQs to products. You can also do the same with FAQ groups in the latest version.
    In the free version, you can link Single FAQs and FAQ groups to single products.
    In the pro version, you can link FAQ Categories to WooCommerce product categories.
