  • Hey there, @xfarajx!

HappyForms should support Arabic characters out of the box – we just run a quick test, and received the data we submitted as-is in our email inbox.

I have a hunch that your WordPress setup is using plain PHP server mail() function – and that’s often unable to handle non-ASCII characters.

I’d suggest to use an SMTP plugin: SMTP ensures your emails won’t be considered as spam, and supports all HappyForms email customization features.

Let us know if that does the trick!

    thank you sir !!!
    it works perfectly now …
I’ve another question if you don’t mind ..
How to add labels or text lines between form fields ?
    thanks a lot again

Glad to hear it’s sorted, @xfarajx!

For that, HappyForms includes a Placeholder part. The only purpose of this part is to let you add paragraphs of text in between your other form parts. It won’t show up in your email messages, or in your Responses screen.

Let us know if that suits your needs!
