WAS great NOT ANYMORE

  • This WAS a great plugin. Until they changed it in the last update. (Premium)

    It causes HUGE Javascript issues with other functionality on the site and Support is lackadaisical.

    They don’t read your responses, they skim them, and expect LONG wait times for the response in the first place.

    We’re NOT BETA testers. We need the functionality to be reliable and not pay for premium only to have them make a MAJOR overhaul of their own product and expect their customer base to deal with any fallout.

    Also expect them to request access to your site to look at issues (we don’t do that here) and Plugin authors are not legally accountable so who in their right mind is going to allow numerous plugin authors access to their site? (seems these days many do) —

    They may have a lot of installations – but it was when this plugin wasn’t a big problem.
