Currently, in order to change the recipient of the email, you have to use WooCommerce filter: woocommerce_email_recipient_stock_alert_admin. This doc might help you out further with this custom code: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/introduction-to-hooks-actions-and-filters/

However, we will soon publish the pro version, there we will share the settings for the admin to change the admin’s recipient passwords.
