Does the limited content still load in the background?

Hello,
I am really interested in using this plugin in order to display different content for different users in a single page. Given this escenario, would the limited content still be loaded for the users who are not intended to?
Let’s say I am going to create a page with 10 graphics charts. I want to display only 1 graphic chart per user.
Would the user load only 1 graphic chart, or would it load in the background the 10 graphics charts and only see 1?
